This pack contains the Historical Booklet and a walking map following in the footsteps of Henriette Hanotte. Between 1942 and 1944, this young woman from Rumes, helped 135 Allied pilots cross the Belgian border, using the nom de guerre “Monique”. Setting off from Rumes (or Bachy), you can explore one of the escape routes in the “COMÈTE” network, of which “Monique” was a member. A 10.7km cross-border memorial route.
